We appreciate that not everyone is ready to buy a house when they start looking. Most folks will start by thinking about it and maybe going to an open house, or calling on an ad. Basically they are just looking for information.

NAR Studies show that over 80% of people that approach a Realtor eventually end up purchasing a house within the next year. That certainly makes sense because if they were not seriously thinking about it, they wouldn’t waste their time looking at houses. But what Realtor has time to spend with clients who aren’t going to buy a house for at least 6 months?

That’s where we come in. New Direction Capital has created sophisticated follow up campaigns that cater to people in this situation. Our campaigns consist of letters, phone calls, postcards, emails, and office visits. We stay in touch until the customer is ready to begin looking for their new house!

Once clients such as this are identified, they are entered into a system, and we then work with them until they are ultimately ready to purchase. At that time, we turn them over to the Realtor who originally referred them to us.

We educate, and then pre-approve them, and transition them over to you so you can sell them a house. We do all the work and hand deliver a buyer who is prepared and ready to go house hunting.
